This policy covers purchases from elvonza.shop, operated by FIDEL CABANG JR LLC, trading as elvonza.
Your 30-Day Return Option
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your purchase, including if you change your mind.
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense, and we do not charge restocking fees.
For change-of-mind returns, goods should be unused, unworn, and complete with their accessories and tags. Please include original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
How to Request a Return
Email mh.digarimianu@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.
We will supply the return destination and free shipping instructions. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.
Contacting us helps us arrange shipping and identify your order. Prior approval is not required to give a valid statutory cancellation notice.
Please obtain the correct return destination before mailing goods. Our business address is not a confirmed return facility.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods
Contact us if your purchase arrives damaged, is incomplete, is faulty, or does not match your order or its description.
Describe the issue and provide photographs where available. Other reasonable evidence will also be considered.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping. Mandatory legal remedies may remain available beyond our voluntary 30-day return period.
Refund Amounts
For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods, applicable tax, and any original standard delivery charge.
For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the returned items and their applicable tax. We do not retrospectively charge shipping because the retained order value falls below our free-shipping threshold.
Refund Processing and Arrival
We normally issue approved refunds within 2 business days after receiving and assessing returned goods, subject to any earlier legal deadline.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Once issued, they generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the funds have not appeared after that period, contact us for assistance. Payment-provider processing estimates do not extend mandatory refund deadlines.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Email us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has shipped, we will explain your return options.
For an exchange, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrangements.
UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
For eligible online purchases, UK customers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
A statutory cancellation refund includes the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Premium delivery surcharges need not be refunded unless required by law.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law. A lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Our free return-shipping promise applies. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory cancellation rights.
